Operators at Moss Airport Rygge

The Norwegian Air Force has granted us permission to run civilian traffic from Rygge.
The 137th Air Wing stationed at Rygge is the operative responsible organ for Moss Airport Rygge, on behalf of the Inspector General of the Norwegian Air Force. The Commander of the 137th Air Wing is the superior commander for Moss Airport Rygge, and is responsible for assuring that the airport design and ground services comply with Civil Aviation Authority requirements and the airport operators (137th Air Wing) particular demands.
The Norwegian Defense Estates Agency is the owner of the land, while Rygge Civil Airport AS (see below) owns the terminal building and the parking system.

Rygge sivile lufthavn AS built, owns, and operates the civilian terminal area at Moss Airport Rygge.

Supplies security control services.
Tasks: Security guard services for persons, luggage, freight, cargo, and airport access, among others.
They have their own security training for security guards.
